Job Description
As a member of our Business Customer Care, you will integrate the Sales & Marketing Support &Coordination Team. Guided by the team manager, your main missions will consist in conducting different support and coordination tasks for Department Heads and Regional Operations.
Role Description
- Assist the Sales& Marketing teams in various sales & marketing administration tasks and account opening process.
- Coordinate with other departments (Compliance, Client Register, Central Data, Finance) to ensure smooth business operations.
- Support DepartmentHeads with daily monitoring, reporting and validation
- Centralize and assign incoming requests and tasks within regional teams.
- Handle general internal and external correspondence and client enquiries.
- Contribute to improvesystems and tools in internal project boards
- Other administration/support tasks as assignment from Department Heads.
- Provide full support to all Sales team members to ensure internal service level and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Fluent in English and Arabic, any other language as Hindi or Chinese or other language is a strong asset.
- Holding a university degree in Finance, Economics, Banking, Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, Communications or a related field.
- Demonstrating proven experience in a business support/customer care role within the Banking/Financial Industry, showcasing your ability to innovate and deliver quality results.
- An experience of 2-3 years in an admin job is a plus.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience using MS office.
- Being able to work in a team and autonomously and under pressure.
- Must be a resourceful self-starter, able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
